Just sayin :)

I stumbled upon LYF while walking around the children's section of B&N books ... sat down in a tiny child's chair and proceeded to read...

My only child, Eric, lives in Los Angelos, and I don't get to see him often. The way I love him feels so big, so intense, so beyond words and life that as I read this book, the tears started. And kept on and kept on. There I was a grown woman, crying in a tiny chair in the children's section... remembering a childhood of a (now) 39 year old boy... a boy I WILL always love forever.

Since that year of discovering Robert Munsch's book, I have given copies to friends. Every mother can relate to the deep love for their child(ren) when they read it. Every mother knows childhood is but a brief time, but love never has a time limit. We cherish the moments with our child(ren) knowig life is about memories and love. This is why Love You Forever touches me and everyone who is fortunate to read it and share it with their child(ren).

Robert Munsch, in our own way, your readers will love you forever, also. Please never forget love is from the heart, not from the throat. Whether spoken or not, love can be felt and given. You are still giving all of us your love through your books and your life.

God's love and blessings on you. Thank you for your service to children everywhere. Never forget, though we can't rock you to sleep, we love you forever, too.
